PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT-

Here at JB Luxury Travels! We do not sell or mine your data or share it for any reason. We collect the bare minimum of personal information needed to secure your vacation package.

 JB Luxury Travels does not capture, process, store or transmit credit card information. WeTravel and or Square, a third-party PCI compliant payment processor, handles all interactions with credit card information on our behalf.

HOW WE USE IT-

However, we do use personal information such as name, email and date of birth for informational purposes such as sending birthday cards or sending information about upcoming vacation packages.

Personal information we gather is for internal use only and we will not authorize the release of this information to anyone outside JB Luxury Travels, except as clearly described above, which is to secure your vacation packages, 

and anything related to your travel packages only.

REASONS WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA-

Should you breach our Terms of Service, or if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligations, we may disclose your information to a relevant authority. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Specifically, we may release the information we collect to third parties when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce our legal rights, to protect the rights and safety of others, or to assist with industry efforts to control fraud, spam or other undesirable conduct.

Authorized Third Parties-

We use several authorized third-party vendors to provide form hotel, cruise or air services. They are not permitted to use information we share with them for any other purpose.

GoDaddy, sends marketing emails to notify you about new vacation packages, reminders pertaining to your vacation package and any new products that JB Luxury Travels is or will be providing. GoDaddy automatically manages our unsubscribe list, allowing you to easily unsubscribe from future communications at any time. GoDaddy only uses the information we share with them to send these emails. We will notify you if there was a breach of your personal information.

 Our servers and data are securely stored in geo-redundant datacenters in the  United States.

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of JB Luxury Travels in any form.

 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
